intruder.dll load error help

I've been having this message appear which didn't allow me to open the steam program anymore

So you are saying that you cannot run the Steam client due to this error ? I am unfamiliar with that specific error.

Are you sure you are not talking about a game error instead ? I did a forum search for that .dll error and came up empty.

Tried searching for the file responsible but i can't find it

Ok, thanks. But that did not answer my question above, please. If this is a game error, what game is it ?

And if it is a Steam error, I have never seen it before, but that does not necessarily mean anything either.

It's not a game error really. Every time i start the steam program this massage appear and refuse to start it

The first thing i'd do is uninstall NinjaWrapper and see if the error goes away.

So from your last reply, OP, it sounds like Steam is trying to apply an automatic update to NinjaWrapper, and there is an issue when this happens.

That's the problem. I don 't recall installing ninjarapper even though I've used it before. Can't find it in my files or anywhere else ( deleted any ninjarapper from my PC just now )

Still the problem exist. Thinking about installing steam one more time

You can hide games in your library, so maybe you did and forgot about it ?

So since you seemed to have express no interest in having this game installed, does that mean your issue is resolved or do you want help with the error and maybe try to get the game installed and working ?

Thanks for all the help people, Thank god, Just solved it now. Found this file d3d9.dll and deleted it and steam began working normally
