If you bought it with wallet funds then it'll go back to your wallet. If you bought it with a credit/bank card, it'll go back there unless you have specified wallet.

It goes back to the payment method you used including the wallet, or you can specify that it goes back into the wallet.

If you bought it with wallet funds then it'll go back to your wallet. If you bought it with a credit/bank card, it'll go back there unless you have specified wallet.

You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund in Steam Wallet funds or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Steam is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, your Steam Wallet will be credited the full amount. What they said, except, for the most part, I myself usually get a response in less than 12 hours and if/when a refund is issued you can usually use it after 24 hours

Yes, that's correct. From what we have seen, it's apparently much faster if you request the funds to go to the Steam Wallet. If it's a week or more, that's usually because it was sent to the original payment method (credit card, for example).
