If a web API key keeps registering, then clearly the hijacker has access to your account or keeps getting back into your account.
Most obvious advice would be to change your password, scan your PC for malware and stop logging into third party pages that clearly steal your account information.
But hotSauce's theory is viable too, and probably more plausible.
Dude, edit your post above and remove the information that is apparently about your account login or password.
