HELP, I LOST ALL MY GAMES
Hi, I didnt use my account for some weeks, so when I log in again in my profile picture was an "?", and when I went to the library there wasnt any games, I dont know what happend, please heelp, I tried everything but nothings work 😭 (sorry for my bad english :c) :steamsad:

Sometimes, in these cases, the user actually finds out they had not one, not two, but actually three accounts. We have seen it before.

As the helpful Zekiran said above, it sounds like the wrong account. We see this here more often than you might think :

That is what just about everyone else says that posts this here. If you have no history of the games on this account, it's the wrong one.

Check your purchase history.

If you have already activated and played games on Steam in the past but the games are no longer appearing in your list of activated games, you are most likely logged into the wrong Steam account.

You can use the Help site to figure out if you have other accounts associated with your email address or phone number. Follow the steps to find your accounts and recover them if you no longer remember the password. <---- (USE THE LINK in this paragraph found in blue)

Omgg, thaaanks, I Just found that i hav 2 account and I didnt know, like they have the same name, thanks sooooooooo muuuuuuuuch, and soooooorry for being so dumb, really thanks

No, no...it's ok. Thank you for the reply and keeping an open mind to the possibility and kind reply that you found the other account.

In the past, some users got pretty angry as those here trying to explain this about having another account, swearing the whole time they only had one. :steamhappy:
