HELP PLEASE! My steam language is broken!

My steam language was normal and now it got changed to chinese (or something like that) and i can't fix it! I have my steam language set to english but it's still chinese! Even when i'm typing this now! I want quick response and fix! Please...

This for web account side.

For client visit settings > Interface > change language.

For MOBILE app > Click free line button at the bottom > scroll to the bottom click 3rd one up that be settings > then change language either to use your WEB account settings which is called use account setting, or manually use english only.

Use translator and find in settings button, that will change your language

when ur by the language put the second language off. by clicking the checked box. save and it could work what i mean by that is u uncheck the box by all those languages. if its on chinese un check it or if its on english. it should work
