Steam send gift (inventory)

No, since you purchased them for yourself you own them :)
Select purchase for friend first then it becomes a gift
You could refund one if its within 2 hours play and 2 weeks of purchase.
Or try using Remote play supported games since only one is required

That wont be necessary. Trading Cards is not a game
Please check >Games at the top>manage Gifts and Guest Passes.

Better to keep it in Public to help others for now.
You added Gift already to your library you own it.
To gift it again to another you will have to buy it
In my screenshot I have not added this gift to my library yet , I have 3 options>I can add to my Library, or view in store or gift it.
