Create a Collection Visit your Steam Library and create a new Collection of games.
This isn't working for me? I made a CS collection and Rocket League but the quests isn't succeeded.

Weird, I selected a few Ubermosh games, right clicked the games and created a new collection. Quest ticked of.

Are you on the old UI? This will only work work if you're using the current Library UI.

Could try creating a Collection manually. Press the button with 4 squares next to the Home button (It's labeled My Collections). From there click the Create A New Collection button and give it a name.

Well that sucks. The new UI is crap which is why I "downgraded" in the first place.

If you're really desperate, grab a Linux image, create a live disc from a spare usb drive and boot into the live environment. Install Steam, sign in and then create a collection. Shutdown/reboot the computer and remove the USB to return to Windows without altering your version of Steam.
