How long are automated refunds supposed to take?
I'm trying to refund a game that is completely eligable (less than 2 hours playtime, refund request send the day I bought it), and i've been waiting for almost 2 days (a day and 23 hours) for the request to be accepted. is it normal for an eligable refund request to take this long to be accepted?

Refunds on Bundles

You can receive a full refund for any bundle purchased on the Steam Store, so long as none of the items in the bundle have been transferred, and if the combined usage time for all items in the bundle is less than two hours. If a bundle includes an in-game item or DLC that is not refundable, Steam will tell you if the whole bundle is refundable during check-out

This is obviously unfair and I really think they should make it so that only the games that are still in the bundle when you buy it should count towards your total playtime.
You are given the option to read that policy, on the checkout page, before you make your purchase.

Did you refund it immediately after buying, basically? Because chances are very likely that the money never actually left your account at all.

It absolutely did leave my account, i'm refunding the game because I accidentely bought it three times because the first two purchases were initially failures but were suddenly turned into succeses.

Have you made any account changes at all, such as password or email, for example ?

We have seen that slow down the process for some users.

See this, if it gets approved or has been :

Please note: When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 days – wait time for international payment methods may vary.

I think I know what happened now. I remembered something and now I think that my refund isn't eligible after all for a really stupid reason. I bought the game in a bundle, but I already had the other game so I basically just bought one game that was a bundle in name alone. I assumed that only the playtime of that one game would count since the bundle only had that game in it when I bought it, but steam still counts the playtime of the other game even though I only bought one game. This is obviously unfair and I really think they should make it so that only the games that are still in the bundle when you buy it should count towards your total playtime.
