You should be getting much better FPS with that system.
Make sure your game is really using the GTX 1080 and not the integrated Intel HD graphic chip on your i7.
Because that would explain these FPS.
That would only be a possibility on a laptop.
On desktop only that gpu is used to which the monitor is connected to.
"My fps are 43-100"
Get a better PC then, if you don't want these fps. Like a Titan XP? or a GTX 1080ti? Or wait for the 1180.
virus trojan maybe.. happened me before .. and found spamware causing stuff to lag
It feels like 20fps, but isn't what is the problem then?
Check the CPU and GPU temperature to make sure they are not throttling. After that it's easiest to just reinstall Windows to make sure it is not a software issue.
125fps and higher sounds about right for your setup.
