Answer this:
How was someone able to know your private account name?
How was someone able to know your private password?
How was someone able to know your SteamGuard code?

One of your friends "Tzuyu" shows signs of having been hijacked as well. The "ban" message displayed is due to that. They also have links to phishing sites being advertised by people in their comments section.

you might want to tell your friend they can remove the fake ban message from their profile by hitting the EDIT PROFILE button.
