My friend lost acc, someone steal his acc

my friend had his account stolen, he didn't give his password to anyone, he went into some link that someone sent him and then his profile was hacked, I wrote that and I have pictures where he says he stole his account, his steam account is Peon and he wrote you a request to return his account

remove the account name, there is nothing you can do. your friend has to do the account recovery

what are you not understanding? the forums cannot help with an account recovery. YOU CANNOT help either. your friend has to go thru the account recovery process.

We are just regular users here, and this is not a way to contact Steam Support. You can give your friend the information that we post here, but your friend has to do everything concerning his account recovery.

Sounds like he also needs to scan his PC for malware, if he clicked on a link as you maybe mentioned above.

Provide them the proof of Ownership (That's the fastest way that worked for me)
