And last question about resellers, for example i see good price in Humble Bundle, this service sell keys Free Region or Only Europe? How to check this information? Thank you a lot!

Because game keys are not disks. There are no "used keys" (well, there are -- they don't work anymore), and the system isn't designed for such marketplaces.

Those sites (this one and the 5-letter-version of it) are not working with the publishers to obtain their keys -- which also means they don't know what they are actually selling, they can only tell you what their supplier told them. And those suppliers get their keys from stealing them, buying them and issuing chargebacks, buying them with stolen credit cards (which is likely to result in a chargeback as well) and similar schemes. I'm really no expert on this.

Of course, if a key doesn't work as advertised, they don't generally care and just try to get rid of you by telling you to ask Steam support for the activation date of the key (on the common case of an already-used key) -- knowing full well that Steam support won't tell you because it's none of your business.

(I assume you mean G2a) seems legit to me, it's just Ebay for games. How can it rip off the developer any more than me selling a game I'm finished with or didn't want to someone privately or on Ebay?

I only buy keys from cdkeys (don't buy keys for games made by smaller companies, buy the game from steam to fully support the devs).

Game keys are disks that aren't in physical form. I can buy a game, play it for a week, decide I don't like it, uninstall it, give the key to my brother, and he can install it. Or I could uninstall it and install it on a new computer of my own, the game wouldn't know if we're the same person. We've always been allowed to buy a VHS tape, a DVD, a computer game, a book, etc, and hand it on when we're finished.

If I buy a key and it works, then at some point the developer sold someone that key. If the developer allowed it to be stolen then he should take more care. If I buy a key and it doesn't work, well that's my problem and it doesn't affect the developer.

If you really think the site is behaving illegally, then why don't you report them to the police? Funny how they haven't been closed down.

The subject isn't time sensitive so there's no reason not to reply to it. Do you have some weird religion where you don't like talking about things in the past? I guess you have to avoid all repeats on TV.

I didn't bypass any filter. But I would if it tried to censor what I was saying, censorship is wrong.
