Do I have to pay again if I change pc?
Hello ill buy a new gaming laptop but I've purchased items in Team Fortress 2. Do I need to pay for that items again if I change pc?

The items are tied to the inventory of your account, not your computer. So no, you will be fine and don't have to worry about making the same purchases again on the new computer.

With Steam, it's all about the account, not the computer, where this type of question is presented.

Anything on your account or tied to cloud saving will automatically show up. The only thing that doesn't get transferred is saved game data that is stored locally and not cloud saving. Inventory items are always bound to accounts.

If you're talking about TF2, that is an online game with cloud saving so all you have to do is sign in, install the game on the new device and carry on where you left off.

Your progress in any online game is saved on their servers, not your computer.
