This account has violated the Steam Terms of Service Agreement.
So today i was just playing csgo and all of a sudden this gets on my profile.

ACCOUNT ALERT - 6 JAN, 2019
This account has violated the Steam Terms of Service Agreement.
This account has been flagged by Steam Support for violations of the Terms of Service Agreement. Purchasing, gifting, trading, buying and selling items on the Community Market, and cd-key activation will be disabled.
Account functionality will be limited. Ban are permanent, non-negotiable and cannot be removed by Steam support.

The account alert -6 jan 2019 is clickable and redirects me 2 https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198351060819

I have received an email that my backup auth code was used.

I didnt receive any mail regarding the violation or whatever. I can still trade sell buy items etc etc.

Anybody know what this is?

Account alerts never appear on your profile like that. Stop giving away your account info to shady sites.

DO NOT TRADE YOUR ITEMS!

Your account was compromised.

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes.

Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
