Is the problem with any Steam game or just one game specifically ?

Do you have a screenshot that shows this? Are you running any other programs like FRAPS or some other fps counter program in the background?

Sure, not just one square but still, may be worth checking out.

Also, you should post your full system specs in threads like this. As well as examples of the games or game you have the issue with.

"Help" in the top of Steam, then "system information". Right click in the new window, "select all" then copy and paste all that here.

If you have Discord open and the issue still persists, tell Discord to fix it.
