Cant trade because i reseted password...

Hi, so i cant trade even the 0.03 cards, because i reseted my password. Im like, WTF? Ok, now I get it, but reason I reset the password was because i wasnt able to login due to Steam being overloaded because of sales and stuff for last few days, not because i really lost my password.

Can i contact suppoer about it so they can revoke my market ban for nothing, or is it not possible at all? And can you please give me direct link to make a ticket? Everytime i click "Help" its just some stupid "self-help" topics that doesnt really help me in this case. THANK YOU

it can't be removed. you changed your password, it's possible you're an infiltrator, you will not be able to trade until hold is up.

So, you knew your password but reset it anyway? A failed login attempt from a network comunication error shouldn't make you suddenly forget your password. I'm not seeing any connection between the two here. It sounds more like you got frustrated because you couldn't get in, and instead of waiting a little bit and trying again like I believe the message instructs you to do, you reset the password you already knew and now have to sit out the restrictions placed on the account.
