dark souls 3 won't open

hi i just bought ds3 yesterday but when i tried to play, it opens with just white screen and cursor then automatically closes by itself. I tried viewing on event viewer this is what shows up:

I also played dark souls 2 in this pc and its fast no lag or problem at all.

try downloading directx (or updating your graphics card drivers)

Video card says intel hd graphics. I tried downloading dirext x and also using the direct x from the common folder and updating everything but it still crashes. I also used to play FFXIV on medium settings and its fine.

Intel HD videochips do not meet the system requirements for Dark Souls 3. If that's all you have and no dedicated nVidia or AMD videocard then your PC is not meeting the requirements and can not run the game.

You're not playing DS3 with onboard graphics mate....

So if i go buy a new one should i buy nvidia or amd?

With your computer, i'd go for a nVidia GTX 1050. Will do nicely and not require additional power from your PSU.
Keep in mind that the current videocards no longer support an analog videosignal. So if your monitor can only take VGA/DSUB, then that videocard will not work with it.

Yeah will do that next time i buy a game. Just got it because its on sale
