I was watching Youtube and when I went into steam and tried to play a game it didn't let me and told that i had changed my password so I tried to log back in and I couldn't because the password was changed. I went into my email account and changed the password there and tried to change it on my steam account but it said that the account doesn't exist anymore. I need help I had so many games and plans!

Account deletion takes a lot of proof of ownership and is delayed for 30 days to ensure the proper owner can regain access to it.

Type in asdfghjkl as the account name and fail at recovery a couple times. Do a few capthcas and submit a ticket.

There is a 30 day timer to delete an account, if you were just kicked out then your account is not deleted. If you've been using Steam for those 30 days and ignoring the red banner announcement, that's on you.

In all likelihood, you're got the wrong account name, it is an extremely common occurrence. Check your e-mail for any messages from Steam, that should have your correct name. Do not rely on your memory.

Ok so when I use this whole recovery thing it shows all the accounts that I can change the password off and there are supposed to be a total of 4 but there are only a total of 3 that I can edit and the one that is missing is the account that is dearest to my heart and I would do anything to get back!

Sounds like you need support's help and to show proof of ownership of that 4th account and get them to restore the access to you. So far, there is no evidence it was for sure deleted, that I can see.

What makes you think it was "stolen", as you wrote in the OP above ?

First reply gave you instructions on how to recover your account.

To clarify, you need to be signed out in order to progress in account recovery.

To get the link to create a ticket, you should only need to enter a false name twice. Second time will give a slightly different error message. The new message will contain a link labeled "you can click here to contact Steam Support". Click on that link.

From that Ticket page, there's a section at the bottom labeled "Browse for a file to attach or drag and drop files here." That is where you put your Proof of Ownership.

So i have 4 accounts linked to my one of my email addresses, back in 2015 I created 3 accounts with the email and stopped playing games but when I came back I created the 4th one that being Bandarisk Man! or xxsuperapplexx and it doesn't show up when I want to edit the account at steam support. What I think happened is when the hacker got into my account he unlinked my steam account (BandariskMan!) from my email so it doesn't show up there anymore.
