can you just try and help me its a simple question if your not gonna help me then leave
You have been given the only help thats available if you aren't willing to accept it then you should leave.
How hard is it to understand that you "have" to move on to a new OS (Win7 or higher), you just need more RAM for the most part.

ive tried all those solutions and they didnt work
as long as you are using windows XP you haven't tried anything of what you were told.
Upgrade your PC to 8 GB RAM - the cost for that should be < €50. Then upgrade you OS. We can't help you beyound that. Fact is Steam is going to end support for Win XP and without upgrading your OS you can't use it anymore. Until that happens, one of the many possible solutions for your problem given here:
https://appuals.com/fix-steam-content-servers-unreachable/
might work for you.

im never buying another game on steam again

Other services are going to drop support soon as well. I think GoG is your best bet.

Since most advice contained 'Upgrade your OS' you obviously did not.

i told you that windows 10 doesnt work on this and i dont know where the windows 7 disc is and i need my dad to do it
So, try every other solution given on the site I linked to, or in the various threads you can find with a forum search - 2hours isn't nearly enough time to have done so. There is simply no help to be had beyond that. None of us is sitting at your PC to do it for you. Just be aware that if any of that works, it will be a very short term solution.

steam isnt worth it just get the retail cd or go to the official website of the game

Most retail keys ARE Steam keys.

i know

Then, your statement about getting a retail CD is pointless.

Keep on posting and wasting time. The issue is not going to fix itself.
