How to download F2P games without logging in (anonymously)?
I just want to download Dota 2 in school without risking access to my private account, but "Anonymous" account downloads only redistributables but not game files.

Create a throwaway account and use that to download free to play games.

Dota 2 needs a Steam account to run. You can't play it anonymously.

Not possible.

I suggest buying some games from GOG.com and running them from a USB stick. That way you don't have to download them and don't have to store them on the schools computer.

If doing so is against your schools policy, then I suggest not doing it as it could lead to you getting into trouble.
