Good morning. I have a question. When i used my CD key once and i dont remember where i used it can i get other key ? I have duplicate code. So can i get other ?

Keys are one time used.

The keys can not be return, reused, removed, and they're bound to the one account it was used on forever.

You can't redeem the same game on the account that already has it, as it will tell you that you already have it on the account if it has the game already.

So i havent any chance to get other key or restart this key ? Because i dont know which steam i used for this game.

You can use your e-mail address as well to recover the account and no, you won't get another key unless you purchase the game again.

If you don't have the information (email, steam account, ect) that the game key was redeemed on than I'd say no and you'll need to rebuy it.

In future, use only one Steam account. That solves this and many other problems.
Right now, try to redeem the key on your current account. You'll get am email telling that someone tried to redeem our key. That email contains the exact name of the account you have the game on.

Keys don't restart, they don't get reused, they don't get removed from the acocunt it was used on, they can't even be transfer to another account. Bottom line you used it, now it's bound to the account that you redeem it on forever.

You need to know which account you used the key on, only way to know which account has it, is logging into each of your accounts on Steam to find which one has the game. Only you can answer your own question, as this is a user forum, not customer support. Don't bother wasting support time, as you're suppose to know which accounts you have, as it's your responsibility to manage your own accounts. You can only blame yourself for making multiple accounts.
