Long artwork not showing in Artwork showcase

I just made my snowing gif artwork for designing my page, but Artwork showcase does not show the gif, but opening the file it does show. how can I fix?

I manually typed the code, but didn't solve this, even with the chrome extention. hmm
...or the gif file possibly wrong format or not supported..?

i know thisis old but this happened to me on my main and i just waited a while and it started working again, im not sure if its just a browser bug because mine works on the steam software but doesnt always work on the website version
