just above the one you quoted. So they know it sucks, but (by law) they have to ask each time.
Imagine your 13 year old cousin logging on to your unattended account.

Imagine going to porn site, logging in with a username and password, entering a code from a 2-step verification app on your phone only to still be greeted by an age verification screen before each video.
This being not a porn site, your logic is a little flawed. Individual items on this site are mature-only. Not the entire site.
Been asked soooooo many times that Valve even made a Q&A for it...

I am the user. I have logged in. I have used an app on my phone to double check that it is actually me who is logging in and not somebody else who has my login information. So, we have established that I am me. Being that is the case, my date of birth is in my account records. So too is the check box which says that I'm fine with mature content. Yet before viewing mature content I am met with an age verification screen.... Again, to reiterate: with full knowledge and confidence that the correct person is using the account, that the account holder is of age and has signed off for mature content. On the other hand, the porn site(s) I referred to in my analogy do not require a login at all to view the 'mature-only' content. Logging in is optional, let alone having 2 Factor Authorisation and account preferences.
It's your logic which is flawed, mate. I hope using smaller words helped you to understand. If you still think you're right, skip the reply and go get your head studied by a professional.
From 2018. It's 2020 and we're still putting up with it.
You not liking this doesn't mean they will change it. Your answer is presented to you, it's not going to change.
