Is that my laptop specs support CSGO? or run smooth ?
AMD dual-core processor A9-9410 with Turbo CORE Technology up to 3.5GHz
AMD Radeon R5 M430 with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM
4 GB DDR4
but i had a very terrible gaming exp in game. what happen ?

The site here called, Can it Run?[www.systemrequirementslab.com] can tell you if you computer can run the recommended and minimum requirements for them.

Considering I can get 30 FPS with my A4 5000 at 1.5 GHz, and with 512MB of vram at 720p low... I highly doubt he'll get 30 FPS on low... Try 80 or 100. Unless you've had an APU you can't make random assumptions.

In 720p maybe 50 fps.
But on 1920x1080 there is no way to get mor than 30 fps.

OP just download the free version of cs:go and try.

Turn all your quality and shading down to low, disable msaa, and enable fxaa. I can get 30-40 fps like that on integrated graphics. you should be fine since you are using an apu, which has slightly better graphics than intel integrated graphics
