Metro Exodus is only available legitimately through Steam and Epic https://isthereanydeal.com/game/metroexodus/info/

A few grey area sellers are 'selling' the game but whether people's purchases will get honored is another thing.

According to the store page for this game, it says that if you already got it on Steam preorder, the game, any DLC, and updates will be available on Steam, according to the developers. They assured Valve of this, again, according to the store page for this game.
