payed for a key, tried to add it to my library, it did not add the game, yet when i try to add the game now its saying game already in my library!

You got scammed and paid for a key someone else already owned. Great purchase - probably shouldn't buy from that outlet anymorel.

Wrong! the key wasnt alreasdy redeemed as when i put the key in the activate game window on steam it came up ok, juist from there it went wrong and now says i have it in my libary when i dont !

Typically a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fixes the issue. Basically the key likely did redeem but your client thinks it hasn't a restart loads the owned game list from the server again and voila the game is now in your library.

This is most likely the case as i've been experiencing the same hiccup from time to time.

Have you tried going to the store page for the game? Can you install or launch it from there?

Have you typed the name of the game into the search bar on the library tab?

Are you sure you haven’t hidden it or put it in a group in your library?

ive searched for the game in my library it isnt there, when trry to instal from the store page it says the same thing, that my account already has this key activated and the game is in my library to install click next, there is no next button just a finish, clicking this shuts my steam down!
