How to cancel confirmed trade
I offered a trade to a person and had it confirmed with mobile authenticator but the person haven't accepted yet. How to I cancel the trade? also will I lose my item?

Decline the offer here. And no, you won't lose your item if the trade hasn't been accepted yet.

it's not at my sent offers now it's at the sent offer history but under : items now unavailable for trade

but nothing shows up on trade history

Then it means that the item left your inventory in another way.
