Ok, the fact is, I only played the game for less than 30 minutes because of the stated issues. So it should fit the 2 requirements for a refund.
Only now concerned if the delay in the processing will affect the eligibility (2 weeks window) of the request.

Keep in mind the number of people that are home because of COVID 19 these days, so all this might take longer as everyone is having to make sacrifices.
Hi, I managed to get a refund long ago back in late Sep 2018. If the game is running properly again, may consider repurchasing it in the near future
