I CAN'T CONNECT IN MY ACCOUNT.
I can't connect in my account,
I have my account blocked in steam, because I lost my authenticator, and now I do not know how to activate the account in order to continue playing

All I really can personally understand so far, is that you lost your authenticator.

"Help, I lost (or sold) my phone and can't log in! What do I do?"

If possible, you should contact your wireless service provider and get a replacement phone with the same phone number. Steam will be able to send SMS messages to your replacement phone, and you will be able to recover your account as described below.

If you no longer have access to your phone and don't have your recovery code, you'll need the assistance of Steam Support. Use the "Help me with my issue" button at the top right of this page to get help removing your authenticator. If you don’t have access to the email address that is currently associated with your Steam Account please provide proof of account ownership within your ticket.

I do not know how to do all this, I'm totally confused with this problem, I feel like I've lost my account, I've been without it for a week, I think I can not have that number again, because it's written off, I just need to activate my account, I have the security code because I made capture with my mobile, but the account is blocked and I can not activate it, I need to know how to activate it.

You have not lost your account. You have just lost access to it.

Did you read the support page linked above ? Including the part I specifically linked from it ?

If you have the security code, you should be able to self-recover the access to your account.

You can also generate backup codes in the event of an emergency.

If that won't work, you need the help of Steam support. You will probably have to provide proof of ownership of the account if you need support to restore the access to you.

Can someone from STEAM send me email adress..My brothers account is stolen few minutes ago, someone changed phone number, email in a few seconds and deleted his app.. he didn't do any to allow that, he just find out now, when he wanted to start a game.. PLEASE HELP

You can send a request without signing in to the account and even if the phone/email is changed.
Just follow the steps here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithAccountStolen
It will ask you to try to restore via the email they changed to, do it anyway and when it fails you will get other options.
same with phone.

If you just do what it says then you will get to make a ticket. Do what it says even if you know it won't work.
