Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.
Don't know what game it is, but your account shows one game as being owned.
Typicaly you should be able to start downloading the game right away, through the Steam Client.
That suggests that the game is on the account.
Download Steam first.
Your profile says you bought a game yesterday. You need to install Steam to be able to play:

I didn't install Steam in my computer, then I will not be able to play with the game?
You can play your game as long as you install Steam in your PC.
Steam issues licenses through the Store.
Download the client, and get your games.
This is the process that you've agreed to in the SSA.
