Besides, it's the same license anyway when you do that. You get the same license to that game, if you delete the game from your library and then try to buy it again.
Because it is not really "permanent", as the menu claims. You can reverse it, using the same proceedure. So not "permanent", when you delete games from your library anyway.
The proper course of action is, to make sure your Steam account does not get banned for cheating. Simple as that, as then, you don't have to worry about workarounds that don't exist anyway.
