Remove game and rebuy it??

Guys i wonder.
Lets assume that i banned from h1z1 for cheating. If i remove it from my lib and rebuy it. Is it let me create new daybreak account or still banned??

When an account gets a game or VAC ban, that ban applies to that account. So no, removing games and trying to buy them again won't work.

Besides, it's the same license anyway when you do that. You get the same license to that game, if you delete the game from your library and then try to buy it again.

Because it is not really "permanent", as the menu claims. You can reverse it, using the same proceedure. So not "permanent", when you delete games from your library anyway.

The proper course of action is, to make sure your Steam account does not get banned for cheating. Simple as that, as then, you don't have to worry about workarounds that don't exist anyway.

Even if you removed the license through Steam Support and restored it, the ban remains.
