I’m trying to share my library with my friend and we can see each others library but for him 2 games, Rainbow Six Siege and PUBG Experimental Server says purchase instead of play or install. Please someone help me with this so I can help my man out with some games. Thank You

Not all games are shareable, if he can play your other games it means those two can not be shared.

Not, Rainbow Six Siege is not shareable due to third party DRM. Also known as UPlay.
PUBG shouldn't be accessable either as the developer disabled family sharing on the game, unless they've changed their stance on family share, again.

Can all Steam games be shared?

No, due to technical limitations, some Steam games may be unavailable for sharing.

For example, titles that require an additional third-party key, account, or a subscription in order to play cannot be shared between accounts.

DLC may not be shared if the borrower also owns the base game.

Free to play games and any purchased DLC for those games is also not supported for Family Sharing.

In addition, if your account has a VAC ban, you will be unable to share any VAC protected games.
