How to unblock Steam, which is blocked by an organization with the help of FortiGuard (was: web filter)

I cannot open the Steam web page with my Aga Khan hospital wifi and even cannot update Dota 2 game, after launching the Steam in my PC. I tried a lot of technique available on the internet and especially on youtube for example VPN, clear cache etc. Actually, it is blocked by the organization and Fortiguard blockage is shown and I did not find any alternative way to unblock the site and update my game. But yes if the game is already updated from my home network then I can just play it. But due to very much updated daily in the Dota 2 game without any fixed time, I can not update it at my workplace. Is there anyone have an Idea to share or steam management should take action on it.

No one is going to help your break rules, especially at a hospital. Speak to the network administrator about it.

Yes, my friends, I did not like to play while working and unfortunately even I can not take my 15 minutes to break during duty. But I am talking about playing after my handed over duty. And there is free public network available for all. I did talk to IT experts they're but they fail to help and asked for other support. I do not know whether they are too much busy or they do not like to help.

I have a lot to say but in short, I am actually a nurse and throughout the day of my work, I handle lots of dilemmas of a patient and their attendants and this continues daily. And I need to find a place where I can trigger out my whole day frustration and fatigue. Lots of my friend after duty were busy using YouTube and other entertainments online because we are provided free internet. But harmful sites including specially sexuality-related are blocked. And I am interested in games. I knew it is not possible for anyone here to understand my feeling and no one would be able to solve this blockage problem here. Anyway thanks to all for your response.

I find it revolting that you'd abuse a hospital wifi to your benefit. The reason why certain areas blocks certain domains is due to that they don't want to be overwhelmed with its bandwidth. Steam would devour its bandwidth, and therefore it's blocked.

It's a hospital, they can't risk having their wifi boggled down because some bloke wants to update a video game that they can do at their own home.

If you do not have an internet access at your home then that's your own doing, don't punish a hospital for that.

I am very happy from all of your comments. You all are very concern about hospital enviorment. And you comment creat an insight that I am addicted to games and I have to control it. but What I learn from my five year of experiance in hospital field and its my hypothesis as well that almost 99% medical staff working in hospital are addicted.Its may to drugs, sex and lot of other activity. Because this field really effect he staff life and he may be fall in any addaction. I recommmaded a research on this case for the beterment of staff life. GG
