Restoring Game Icons after Windows Reinstall.

I had one of my PC's Windows hard drive corrupted unusable . I had to get a new hard drive and install Windows. My games are located on other drives so I don't have to reinstall them. How do I get the icons back on the Desktop without having to reinstall the games?

Where is your Steam client installed ? On the new hard drive now ?

You can just use your library to launch games more easily, from a central location, without all those shortcuts (icons ?) on your desktop, unless you just like to do it that way for some reason.

Go into your Library, right click a game and in the list will be an option to add a shortcut to the desktop.
