Need HELP animate Profile Background ~

I need help to make the hieroglyphics carving in this profile Background glow:

You can try using "long-artwork".

It's going to be difficult for you to find a glowing GIF for this though.

Note that, you can't get the ENTIRE background to appear as animated.

Just the Artwork which is a partial clone will appear as an animated GIF.

You need video editing software. Adobe after effect for some reason is one of the more popular choices. I use vegas pro edit.
