actually basicly yeh. they advertised me the game at my private home and said i could try it out without worrying if it sucks. because i could always refund it after trying it out. so i tried it played one game that just so happen to take 3 hours exactly right over the refund limit.. i wasnt staring at the clock i was just trying the game out and seeing if it would get better after playing one time thru...
You had 2 hours to see if it would work on your PC.
You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on Steam—for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the title for an hour and just didn't like it.
Read paragraph two.
The refund tools are not there to Demo the games. Because if you do this too often you'll get a warning for abusing the refund system.
But because you've already got an answer from refund ticket that you've exceeded the 2 hour limit I'll be closing this because there is nothing we can do for you.
You could try to suggest to the game developer of the game to improve various minigames so that it becomes more fun though.
