I’m not talking about the gambling side I understand that all that is in me and anything I lose is my fault but I was going to withdraw and it says I need to deposit at least $30 first is this s scam or not also if it’s not a scam can you tell me why they do this?

Use it at your own risk. remove the link. advertising is not allowed, and if the site was blocked by the filters, bypassing it is a really bad idea

Would be nice if the official lottery let you play for free, and when you won the million you are asked for 30 $ ......

But no matter what, no one could explain the 30...... apart from a fisherman, in your example.
