Can I refund a purchase to PayPal?
Okay, I'll just get right to it.

Two days ago (Monday, February 5th) I purchased Trials Fusion, and decided to refund it yesterday (Tuesday, February 6th) because Ubisoft wanted to charge me another $30.00 to do anything (I should've expected this), and I recieved my $19.99 back into my wallet today (Wednesday, February 7th).

When refunding, I was given an option to either send the funds back to my PayPal account, or into steam, and not thinking I selected to send the funds to my steam wallet and I'm not regretting it.

If I were to purchase another game for $19.99 on the steam store,and attempted to refund the game, would I be given the same option to return the funds into my PayPal account?

You'll see the option to refund to PayPal only if you use that method to pay for the game.

Only if you make the purchase with Paypal and not the wallet funds you already have.

when i try to add my paypal the option for it doesnt show up. Help!!

I buy all my games through Paypal it is refunded back to my bank that is linked to PayPal
Sometiimes my Wallet also.
But I have only ever refunded 2 games so Steam may have adjusted to newer methods.

This thread is 2 years old, and things may have changed since then. Please detail your issue (YEET) in another thread, because it likely has nothing to do with this solution any longer.
