Can you change your steam account name?

there is no option in steam support menu. not even for the question. I'm trans and my profile name is very bad for me to see.
if not is there a way to transfer all of your games to a brand new account?
edit: also can you remove the "this user has also played as ____" names?

You can't change account name. You also can't transfer games between accounts.

What you can do is change your community name by editing your profile.

Your SteamID and Steam Account Name can not be changed, even by Steam Support staff members. Your Steam Community ID can be changed at any time in your Steam Community settings, under "Edit my SteamID page".

"Can I Merge Accounts ?"

Steam accounts can not be merged together.

Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam game subscriptions / CD keys are nontransferable and cannot be reset / moved between Steam accounts.

The history just keeps that last 10 names. So make 10 names and that "bumps" them off the list of aliases.

You can family share most games to a new account.

I'm guessing you can't change your account name so you can't sell it. Or you can...but the new owner would have to use your name.

selling is breaking the steam terms of service , the reason you cant sell it is because its not needed , no one should know your account name anyway

There is a Zero-Tolerance policy for any violations of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Online Code of Conduct. All accounts in a user's possession for any of the following activities will be suspended:
