Been having this problem few week, SOME ONE HELP !!!!!!,

I been done delete steam cache file in local, Steam setting clear cookie and clear cahce, i can play game + use community , but just steam STORE show the white page Access Denied

Can you visit it in a web browser? If you can then you can do everything there if you log in.

no i cant even in browser , i use phone also cant, i keep restart my router and still same

Cause, according those last decision concerning internet in that country some features
(not only on steam) are locked. Twitch is one of them...cause there is a lot of restriction concerning gaming in that country.... try to look out...

What is your issue and where does it happen?
Can you reach the site in the client? In another browser? On another device? Using another network like 3G on your phone?
