"Steam Support undid one or more of your prior actions"

Hi, i need a bit of help. Upon the new GDPR rules i was able to get a good look into my Inventory history and noticed that "Steam Support undid one or more of your prior actions". They got rid of plenty of items in my inventory, including a TF2 Unusual, other items i "found" while playing the game, an achivement item, which isnt tradeable or maketable, and other items that were also untradeable or unmarketable. and "Gave" me a Backpack Broiler (wtf???). I'd like to know what happened, and if there is any way to get those items back. I'll post a screenshot if need be. Thank you.

It is user support; usually more quicker and efficient than the real one. But there is a limit when it comes to account questions

Not sure, it says i refunded a key and a gift wrap.

My guess is that you either deleted these items in-game or contributed them somewhere (like during an event) to give you a better item. I tried looking for information around this item but it doesn't seem like there was anything special there. Further in your inventory history, did some of those items appear again? Otherwise you might want to just ask on TF2 forum.;

Sounds like Support reversed a scam trade for you, back when their policies allowed for it.

Yeah, but i didnt get any of my previous items, which werent all acquired in one trade, and i even bought or found some of them, back.
