I got scammed. How can I get back or atleast ban the account of the person who scammed my items??

My friend from steam scammed me!! I gifted my TI7 immortals for his items but he did not give any items back.

You gave the items away. You gifted them. So you can report the user on their profile, but remember, it looks exactly like you gave away the items.

Because that is what you did. You did not use the trading system properly.

Scammed items will not be returned or restored.

why didnt you do the trade in ONE trading window? There is no need to Gift items unless they are actual gifts.

We can't trade because the TI7 immortals are not tradable yet. Can someone from steam banned his account ? I can show screenshots that he admitted to scam those items.

they can, but you have to first report the account thru its profile. When they get to the report, they will look at it and make a decision.

They will not ban an account because you asked, they will ban an account if they find evidence of a scam.

User evidence will not be considered. And if the item was not tradeable, then you should have not tried to bypass that.

When you bypass things, you accept the responsibility.

So, you gave away the items, and did not follow the proper trading proceedure, so that is Valve's fault now ?

Perhaps you should please "care" more to follow the proper trading practices in the future, please. They make it so you cannot get scammed by doing this, therefore proving they DO care.
