Second, you appear to have items in your inventory. So I don't know what you mean by "the scammer stealed all of my Inventory". Are you sure your items are even gone?
Next, check your trade history. You can't just take items from someone's inventory the way you describe. If you sent me a trade offer, there is no way for me to change that offer without sending a counter-offer which you would then have to accept all over again.
If you sent the trade offer through Steam, the only items included are what you put there. And it is directed to the person you sent them to. And if the user has a similar name to someone on your friends list, there is a warning about it. Pay attention to these warnings next time.
You say you used the mobile authenticator. This means it is on you to check every confirmation before blindly accepting it. If your system or account was comprimised, the mobile authenticator is there to protect you from trades being sent from your account. But only if you actually review them before confirming them.

I higly suggest you to scan for malware.
What does the history show about those items?
Where did the intended trade actually got to?
Then if your auth is still on your phone, it must have been used to do the trade.
In what timely relation are the two trades that happened?
