I need help with geforce experience!
When i downloaded an driver updated it got stuck at preparing for installation. I then researched and found out it would maybe help to run administrator. The only question i have is if it is safe to kill geforce experience on task manager and re-open as administrator. (Im afraid that something bad will happen if i shut down geforce experience on task manager).

Geforce Experience isn't necessary and most advise against installing and using it at all.

I'd recommend downloading your driver directly from nvidia.com and installing it.

You should be fine to kill it, as it is preparing to install, not actually installing. This guy had the same question:

Just kill the program, and run as administrator.

I use Experience, and haven't had any problems running as Administrator, but I know some prefer the Windows driver update method.

I suggest downloading the drivers from Nvidia directly and running that install as admin instead. Everytime I use Geforce exp. to install drivers, it always errors out.
