What you are doing is fine.
I was really scared since I really dont want to do anything to further harm my steam library.
You are totally allowed to be logged into two PCs on the same account.
That is even required for In-Home Streaming.
So why get banned for something that Valve requires for some features?
^
that means that I cant play CSGO and if valve wants, any source game.
They have already done that before, I was quite sad since not only I was banned from other source games but from rating items on workshops, like gmod, which relies on the workshop to be fun.
Thankfully after one breakdown and about 30 angry emails the next day it was changed, I prob did nothing to change it, but I want to think that I was able to convince them.
Anyways point is, I really dont want to be banned from buying games, rating workshop items and stuff like that. I dont mind at all beeing banned in a game that I cheated in, but I believe that its unfair that it transfers to other games.

What games can I play if I've been VAC banned?
VAC banned accounts can still play single-player games, local LAN games, and multiplayer on non VAC-secured game servers. To find non VAC-secured servers, from the Steam main menu click on View, select Servers, then select Not secure in the Anti-cheat dropdown.
Cheating in one of the following Source games or a Source mod will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list below:
Counter-Strike: Source
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Day of Defeat: Source
Team Fortress 2
Similarly, cheating in one of the following Gold Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list below:
Counter-Strike
Condition Zero
Ricochet
Day of Defeat
Team Fortress Classic
Half-Life: Deathmatch
Deathmatch Classic
It seemed to be an experiment to see what feedback they got, or something like that.
Thanks for your help and to the others that added to the discussion.
