any market transation must use funds from your steam wallet. You can add funds to your steam wallet using paypal by selecting paypal as your payment method when you are in checkout.

When you try using your paypal, what exact message do you get saying you cannot?

Have you changed your Steam region in addition to your proper payment location options for Paypal, do they match?

Processing the payment can be longer but not by much. You shouldn't have to worry.

If you were worried,, just put your card details on steam, and don't save them. Steam is quite literally one of the biggest and most secure websites on the known web, after all these years there's not been a single leak of any kind... If you don't mind a few extra days to approve an extra large transaction through PayPal, just use that, otherwise use your card and don't check save information.

I have my VISA card details saved on Steam and nothing happens.
