Open nVidia control panel and set Antialiasing Mode to "Off" or "Application-controlled". I have "Overwrite any application settings" as default. This doesn't work for the Steam client. Super weird.
I fixed it by adjusting the scale and layout option
Right click on desktop and select Display Settings
Change the size of text, apps and other items
I had problem with 175% scaling, my problem is fixed with either 150% or 200%
This doesn't seem to work for me. I am on a 4K monitor and scaling to less than 200% makes everything too small to read and makes the fullscreen window for viewing Steam videos even smaller. I've done everything I could think of including running Steam in compatibility mode but nothing works. it sucks that Steam, who makes so much money, can't fix their app. #FixSteamApp
Steam > Settings > Interface > "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views"
This allows it to work fulllscreen on the internet browser version of Steam , but not in the actual Steam app itself.
When i click full screen in the app , it shows me one quarter of the video in the top left corner of the screen but the rest is a black screen
