Two year Steam gamer, now a Steam bot sees me as new account - how to undo this?

I have been playing Infestation the new Z and Warframe for approx 2 years. I have my account password, email and username. The only thing that has changed is that I have a new pc after previous one crashed. It took me about 7 months to get that new pc. Now after logging in last week, I am not able to add my sons and people who know me as friends. The help/support link only sends me in a loop. But no solution. I hope someone can direct me to a person who works at Steam instead to more links with more stuff to read. I need to talk to someone who can help me to fix this. Somehow the Steam bot thinks I have a new account. I can show via ingame screenshots how old my account is. Thanks in advance in assisting me with this.

no I am on the right account, because I have still access to play Warframe and Infestation the new Z from this account. It even shows how many hours I have played these games until October last year.

All are free to play games, so they do not count for the $5 needed to unlimit the account. You can not add friends with a limited account. It has been like that for years. Non-limited accounts can add you though.

Unless they unfriended you during that time, or you never had them on your friends list previously, then you are on the wrong account.

my steam level is now zero and spawn of totoro is level 25. But this has nothing to do with this steam bot glitch. I have never been posting in forums before, just reading.

There is no Steam Bot.

You are on a limited account, as I said before. It even shows it on your forums post.

Limited accounts do not gain levels and have restrictions on them, such as no being able to send friend requests.

I have bought the $50 steam wallet cards for my sons. In theory they have unlimited acccess, but they don't have me in their friendlist anymore, and they can't add me neither.

Can you link their profiles? I can check if they are limited or not.

The $5 steam wallet card does not exist I have been told by the local computer store, so I have to buy the $50 steam wallet card for myself for price of $75 at the local computer store. If there exists a link to buy $5 steam wallet card, redirect me please. So I can get this issue over and done quickly.

A $5 physical card does not exist, no, but you can add $5 or make a $5 purchase on Steam ($5 USD) to remove the limits.

Could you consider the possibility here that you are incorrect about this and you in fact have signed in to another Steam account?

We can see the date when this account was created and it was less than 3 years ago.

The things you have stated do not add up though. You say the account is three years old, yet the creation date is April 1st, 2017.

The only way that would happen is if you are on the wrong account.

Keep in mind that creation of the WarZ and Warframe account can be different from that of the Steam account as they are not tied together.
