It's possible that the GPU (if you have dedicated card) became dislodged somewhat in the PCIe slot, and that is why you have no signal, or maybe you have the cables not hooked up properly.
Sorry, but the cable question has to be asked, to cover even simple possibilities.
What GPU do you have ?
All cables hdmi , the blue one and the power plug are okay.
Everything was fine last week .. i just moved and try to turn it on again and the monitor is loading and then blue screen with no signal... its a desktop
Did this happen immediately after moving the PC ? If so, then the first thing I would do is open it up and make sure everything is seated properly. If you are not sure how to proceed by doing that, you need to be careful or get some help. BSOD errors are pretty serious, and hardware or driver related, in almost all cases.
EDIT..Sorry, but when you say "blue screen" is that a BSOD ? Does it have text on the blue screen ? Before the "no signal" shows up ?
I would remove the card carefully and plug it back in. Or try to unscrew it a bit and just move to a good fit. Make sure screwing does not dislocate it much from ideal position.
Also make sure the monitor is set to wait for the right signal!
Compare plug and monitor setting
Again, you need to be careful if you are not sure how to go about that.
EDIT..If this is on an HDD, then it is possible the drive got damaged in the move.

What forces worked while moving?
Was the computer shut down fully in the recommended way?
