Then wait for it to be approved or failed.

He's not asking if the ticket is pending, he's asking if the payment is still pending. If it's pending there are two outcomes: one, it succeeds and you get the game. Two, it fails and you get your money back.

As for the ticket, there was no need to make that.

If it failed, the "HOLD" on your account will drop off in a few days. For the exact times, contact the bank and ask when.

Why was I charged for a purchase that says it failed?
In both of these cases, when a purchase fails one of the banking fraud checks, your bank may place a hold on the funds for up to 5 business days. These funds will not be collected by Valve. Please contact your bank to see if they will release the held funds.

If you still see a pending charge after 5 business days, please contact Steam Support so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue with your bank.

Than it's trapped somewhere in the middle, it will be returned though.

I think you will find what has happened is that the bank has authorised the payment but Steam has not taken it due to one problem or other with steam / your pc / your connection / your bank / ghost in the system.

What will happen is there will be a stay on the payment (it's still in your account but your bank has reserved it, hence it will not show on your balance), if steam does not take the money in either 5 or 7 work days (depending on your banks terms), the money will be put back in your account.

If the game is not in your library, then steam will not take the money, it's sadly in limbo for a little while.

Think it's a problem with steam, hope steam will able to take that money and give me the game.. because when i called the bank, they said steam successfully take the money and we can send the bill if you want. And they didnt said anything about 5 day thing or anything like it. They said we cant refund it and all they say is your purchase is successfully done and steam took the money, you have to contact with them for this problem..

And i'm using steam for years and actually im trusting steam more than my bank or account executive that answers me. Hope steam will solve the problem and give me the game..

It isn't an issue with Steam, but the banks. Steam never recived the funds as it stated the transaction failed. Where along the lines it failed, only the banks can say, but it never ended up in Valve's accounts, so they can not refund you anything.

Give it a week and see if the funds come back. If they do not:
